How do you shampoo your hair? Seems like a silly question. Herbal Essence commercials along with many others lead us to believe that applying shampoo throughout our hair from roots to ends is the proper way to shampoo our hair. Stylists and people throughout the world have been mislead on how to shampoo your hair. Hair grows from the scalp. Our scalp is what is dirty, It is not necessary to apply shampoo directly on ends. Product sits on the hair shaft and when the shampoo runs down our hair the product will come off with it. Shampoo will dry out your ends and suck all the natural oils out. So apply shampoo to your scalp only and apply conditioner to your ends from your ear down. This will truely improve the condition of your hair. Conditioner actually acts as an adherent to dirt and oil so it will help take out unecessary oil/dirt. If you are one who uses alot of product you may use a clarifying shampoo every few shampoos to help prevent buildup. You might think you’re doing yourself a favor by drinking Diet Coke as opposed to regular. While diet soda may contain fewer calories, it contains aspartame, a controversial artificial sweetener that may be toxic and hazardous to your health. Aspartame consumption has been linked to many unpleasant side effects, including hair loss.
Eliminating soda all together would benefit your health.

Locks of Love Cut-A-Thon at Euromoda Hair Design
EuroModa Hair Design is hosting its annual “LOCKS OF LOVE CUT-A-THON” on Saturday, March 26 from 9am till 4-m. The event will be held on location at EuroModa Hair Design in the Sarasota Commons Shopping Center, which is located at 935 North Beneva Road, Suite 717 in Sarasota, Florida.
Locks of Love
Locks of Love is an organization that provides wigs and hair pieces for children with medical hair loss, under the age of 18, at little to no cost to the individual or their families. They meet a unique need for these children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics.
Sarasota Cut-A-Thon
Our “LOCKS OF LOVE CUT-A-THON” will collect hair that will be used to create these wigs and hair pieces. During our last event, we collected over 70 feet of donated hair. Our goal is to collect even more hair this year!
